• 50 minute individual session $160

  Standard session for ongoing therapy, focused support, and skill-building.

• 90-minute individual session $240

  Extended session for deeper exploration and more time to process.

• 70 minute intake session$200

  Initial session to learn about your goals and create a plan together.

As of December 2025, I am in network with Premera and LifeWise.

Credentialing with some other insurance companies is pending - please reach out for the most up-to-date insurance status.

If you wish to do private pay or use out-of-network benefits, you are responsible for paying the full fee upfront at the time of your appointment. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance; however, I cannot guarantee reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company directly for coverage details.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or missed sessions will be charged the full session fee.
